About Oliver Damm
Oliver Damm was born in 1964, is married and has three children. He holds a University Degree in Business Administration (University of Hagen, Germany) and an MSc in Applied Neuroscience from King's College, London. He is an expert in Brain's Impact on business-strategies, Neuro-Selling, and Peak Performance. He helps his clients to gain and maintain superiority over their competitors by superb decision making.
He has over 32 years' experience as an entrepreneur in various sectors. In the investment business, he developed and managed Forex funds as a self-employed currency trader (registered as a Commodity Trading Advisor (CTA) in the USA). As an independent consultant, he has been and is still involved in recruitment, marketing, and sales projects nationally and internationally. In 2004 he founded Limbic Personality LLC (www.limbic personality.com), a company that has developed analyses based on neuroscientific insights to determine people's emotional personality profiles. Today, over 15.000 people from around the world have taken the Limbic® Personality Analyses and were supported in learning more about their emotional profile, how that affects their behavior, and how they can apply these insights to achieve peak performance.
Using the experiences gained with the Limbic® Personality Check, Mr. Damm has developed the Neuro-Selling concept, a strategy designed to optimize success for both the individual and the company actively engaged on the selling front.
In the area of consulting, he and his partners founded Brain & Performance LLC in 2011, a company that supports their clients (small and medium-sized businesses) on the basis of applied brain science in all areas of increasing human and team performance.
The latest company he has been involved in is Neuro4Sports LLC (www.neuro4sports.com). With exclusively developed personality analyses this company offers unique support for professional sports clubs and individual players to optimize performance and to identify new talents.
